SAN JOSÉ, Calif.— The Shen Yun New York Company made an appearance at the San José Center for the Performing Arts on Wednesday, July 21, for their evening show. The members of the audience were genuinely impressed with the performance.
Matthew Hudes, partner of Deloitte an accounting and management consulting company, attended Shen Yun for the very first time that evening.
“Wonderful,” Mr. Hudes declared.
It was “interesting from one piece to the next,” he proclaimed.
His wife mentioned that there were “a lot of good stories.” Mr. Hudes agreed that each one was “very interesting” and “extremely diverse.”
“Beautiful costumes,” said his wife. “The music, the costumes—everything’s fantastic,” Mr. Hudes added.
His love for Chinese dance, allowed him to appreciate the different ethnic styles and themes. “I’ve never seen anything like this,” Mr. Hudes admitted.
Father and son, Ben Reese, lawyer, and Benjamin Reese, store manager, also came to the event.
“Beautiful,” exclaimed Mr. Reese, “absolutely wonderful.”
Each piece was “really good.” “I liked them a lot,” Benjamin said.
His mother, Carol informed us that the show was “really beautiful,” and “very impressive.”
As someone who is very interested in Asia, Benjamin has been anticipating the performance for the last few years. “I had to come this year,” he explained.
“It was even more than what I expected,” he declared.
