People from All Professions Drawn to Shen Yun

NEW BRUNSWICK, New Jersey—James Good, a retired Wall Street account executive, and Barbara Good, a lab technician, came to watch Shen Yun Performing Arts on Saturday June 20 at the State Theater in New Brunswick.
"I love it, very nice," Mr. Good said after watching the show.
What impressed Mr. Good the most was the choreography in the dance performances.
"Very, very colorful, and the precision involved is very nice."
Mrs. Good also praised the colors in the show and said the performers are highly skilled.
"The performers are just extremely talented and I'm enjoying the singing. The lyrics are so heartwarming," she said.
Mrs. Good also added that the dancers are "extremely graceful."
'Everything was beautiful'
Also coming to the show were Katie and Kim Cremeans. Katie is office manager at a Toyota dealership and Kim is an office manager at a chemicals and pharmaceutical company.
"I thought it was excellent. I think everything was beautiful," said Kim.
"I thought the costumes were beautiful, the colors, the culture, the singing was beautiful, and the orchestra," she said, referring to Shen Yun's live orchestra featuring both classical Western and traditional Chinese instruments.
Katie agreed, and praised all aspects of the show, "the dancing, the outfits, the backscreen, everything!"
She said she also enjoyed learning about Chinese culture and beliefs through the show.
'I loved it all'
Margaret Martin, an office manager for the Democratic State Committee, said she enjoyed all parts of Shen Yun.
"Everything was just so beautiful, I loved it all, all of it," she said.
Her companion, Richard Purke, said he also thoroughly enjoyed the show.
"It was a new experience for me, this is what I came to see," he said.
"It's what I came to get out of, different experience of different cultures."
